El Presidente del Jurado ordenará que se retiren las personas que en cualquier forma perturben el ejercicio del sufragio. Si no obedecieren, podrá ordenar que sean retenidos en la cárcel o en algún cuerpo de guardia hasta el día siguiente de las elecciones.
