Para proyectos férreos en todo el territorio nacional de sistemas de transporte público masivo de pasajeros, que cuenten con convenio de cofinanciación, la Nación podrá cofinanciar dentro del Marco Fiscal de Mediano Plazo un monto superior al setenta por ciento (70%) . El Gobierno nacional realizará los trámites presupuestales a que haya lugar a fin ajustar los aportes de la Nación en los convenios de cofinanciación correspondientes.
