La permanencia en el exterior de los Oficiales que sean nombrados para presidir o hacer parte de las Delegaciones de Colombia ante los Organismos Internacionales de carácter permanente, así como la de los Agregados y Adjuntos Militares de Misiones Diplomáticas, no será en ningún caso inferior a diez y ocho (18) meses ni mayor de dos (2) años.
