Art. 5º Para la liquidación se tendrán en cuenta los artículos 1185 y 1193 del Código Fiscal, el decreto número 660 de 1881 y en especial sus capítulos 12 y 13, título 3º, y los artículos 109, 114, 120, 181, 182 y 201. Si el viaje debe hacerse por caminos donde haya ferrocarriles, en los cuales tenga el Gobierno completa franquicia para los militares, no se incluirán en la liquidación las leguas que ocupen y sólo se dirá que el pasaportado tiene derecho á pasaje; y si la franquicia es por la mitad de éste, entonces se expresará tal derecho y se abonará en dinero la otra mitad del pasaje. La misma regla se observará para los pasajes de mar ó de ríos.
