Cuando la modificación sea sugerida por una EMAR, el estudio a que se refiere el artículo anterior se enviará a la Dirección de Saneamiento Ambiental del Ministerio de Salud, para su consideración. Cuando sea sugerida por el Ministerio de Salud, se enviará a la EMAR respectiva para los mismos fines. La modificación acordada será establecida por resolución del Ministerio de Salud y por acto administrativo de la EMAR y será aplicable en área de jurisdicción de la EMAR respectiva.
