Desde el día 1.° de Abril del presente año se establecerá el servicio de Mandatos Postales para lo cual se negociará con el Banco Central la apertura de un crédito flotante á favor de la Dirección general de Correos y Telégrafos, renovable por períodos de seis meses y por la suma necesaria al efecto.
