El Otorgamiento De Personería Jurídica A Las Corporaciones Y Fundaciones Que Se Constituyan Con Arreglo Al Titulo Xxxvi, Libro Primero Del Código Civil, Que Incluyan Dentro De Sus Finalidades Estatutarias Las Actividades Relacionadas Con La Promoción, Proyección Y Ejecución De Planes De Vivienda, Requerirá Concepto Previo Y Favorable De La Superintendencia Bancaria

Articulo 1º El otorgamiento de personería jurídica a las corporaciones y fundaciones que se constituyan con arreglo al Titulo XXXVI, Libro Primero del Código Civil, que incluyan dentro de sus finalidades estatutarias las actividades relacionadas con la promoción, proyección y ejecución de planes de vivienda, requerirá concepto previo y favorable de la Superintendencia Bancaria.

Parágrafo

La Superintendencia ejercerá esta función además de las que le señalan los Decretos 2610 de 1979, 1742 de 1981, la Resolución 3811 de 1981 y las demás normas relativas al control y vigilancia de las entidades dedicadas a actividades de vivienda.
