REVOCAR la sentencia de Octubre Veintinueve de Dos mil Siete (29-10-07), proferida por el Juzgado Segundo Civil del Circuito de Armenia, en este proceso Ordinario de Responsabilidad Civil, donde son demandantes ANGELA MARIA CASTAÑO VELASQUEZ, GIOVANY GOMEZ LOPEZ, RAUL HUMBERTO CASTAÑO GARCIA, MARTHA LUCIA VELASQUEZ DE CASTAÑO, CARLOS ARTURO GOMEZ ANDRADE, CLARA INES LOPEZ DE GOMEZ, JUAN PABLO GOMEZ GIRALDO, RAUL FERNANDO CASTAÑO VELASQUEZ, LEIDY ALEXANDRA CASTAÑO VELASQUEZ, EDISSON GOMEZ LOPEZ y UBERNEY GOMEZ LOPEZ, demandada la CLINICA CENTRAL DEL QUINDIO S.A. y llamada en garantía la COMPAÑÍA AGRICOLA DE SEGUROS S.A. y en su lugar absolver a la demandada y a la llamada en garantía de todas las pretensiones de la demanda, sin que haya necesidad de pronunciarse sobre las excepciones de merito propuestas por ambas.
