E.S.P., TRÁMITE DENTRO DEL CUAL SE INTEGRÓ EL CONTRADICTORIO CON EL DEPARTAMENTO DE CALDAS Y DIRECCIÓN TERRITORIAL DE SALUD DE CALDAS Y, EN SU LUGAR, NO DECLARA LA NULIDAD DEL TRÁMITE, NI INVALIDA ETAPAS PRECEDENTES, POR CUANTO NO SE HALLÓ IRREGULARIDAD ALGUNA.
