  2. Primero. Civil Municipal de Roldanillo, Valle del Cauca, por medio del cual decidió negar el amparo solicitado por la señora LUZ ESTELLA CARVAJAL HIGUITA, en tanto la autoridad pública contra lo cual lo dirigió, no le vulneró los derechos fundamentales por ella invocados.
  3. Segundo. DISPONER que, por la Secretaría de la Corte, se libren las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
