Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado Promiscuo de Familia de La Ceja, por medio del cual negó la protección solicitada.
En su lugar, CONCEDESE la tutela impetrada y, en consecuencia, ORDENASE a "MUEBLES HERMES LTDA." consignar, en un término que no podrá superar las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de este Fallo, a favor del Seguro Social, la totalidad de sus aportes patronales y de los fondos retenidos al trabajador demandante por el referido concepto y, mientras la entidad de salud reanuda de manera cierta la prestación total de los servicios respectivos, la empresa deberá asumir, a cargo de sus propios recursos y en su integridad, todos los gastos relativos a la salud de RAMON ALFREDO CARDONA ALVAREZ y sus beneficiarios.
Segundo. DAR cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
