- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Octavo. Civil Municipal de Cartagena, mediante el cual se negó la protección solicitada.
- En su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela incoada por Raúl Meléndez Peña.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Gerente de la Industria Licorera de Bolívar que, si todavía no lo ha hecho, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, proceda a cancelar las mesadas adeudadas al demandante y asegure el cumplido pago de las que se causen en el futuro.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, LÍBRESE la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
