- Primero. CONFIRMAR la Sentencia proferida el 31 de julio de 1996 por el Juzgado
- Octavo. (8deg) Laboral del Circuito de Barranquilla, negando la tutela solicitada por el senor Julio Eduardo Garcia Serrano, por las razones expuestas en esta sentencia.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, se comunique esta providencia al Juzgado
- Octavo. (8deg) Laboral del Circuito de Barranquilla, en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
