- Primero. REVOCASE la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Decimo. Civil del Circuito de Medellin, del veinticinco (25) de junio de mil novecientos noventa y siete (1997). En consecuencia, NO SE CONCEDE la tutela solicitada por el senor Gabriel Roberto Espinosa Jaramillo. De conformidad con el decreto 2591 de 1991, y normas concordantes, quedan sin efecto todos los actos administrativos que haya realizado la Comision Nacional de Television en cumplimiento de la sentencia que se revoca.
- Segundo. Librar por al Secretaria General de la Corte las comunicaciones a que se refiere el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
