- Primero. Por la motivación que antecede, CONFÍRMASE la sentencia de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala de Casación Laboral, de fecha doce (12) de diciembre de mil novecientos noventa y seis (1996), la cual, a su vez, confirmó el fallo del dieciséis (16) de octubre de mil novecientos noventa y seis (1996), dictado por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogotá, Sala Laboral, que denegó la tutela solicitada por el demandante.
- Segundo. COMUNÍQUESE esta providencia al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogotá, Sala Laboral, para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
