- Primero. REVOCAR las Sentencias proferidas por el Juzgado
- Primero. Civil Municipal y por el Juzgado
- Primero. Civil del Circuito de Fusagasuga, por las razones expuestas en el presente fallo.
- Segundo. Por las mismas razones se hace un llamado a Prevencion a la Caja Nacional de Prevision (CAJANAL) para que, n lo que a dicha entidad corresponda en ningun caso vuelva a incurrir en la no prestacion oportuna de los tratamientos medicos ordenados y se tomen las medidas adecuadas para tal fin.
- Tercero. COMUNIQUESE la presente Sentencia al Juzgado
- Primero. Civil Municipal de Fusagasuga para que sea notificada a las partes, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
