- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia de fecha 18 de julio de 1995, del Juzgado Once de Familia de Bogotá. En consecuencia, se concede la tutela solicitada por el señor WOLFGANG ADOLFO ALARCÓN MUÑOZ. Pero, por no continuar en la actualidad la vulneración del derecho examinado, no se ordenará a la Fiscal revocar el auto del 22 de junio de 1995, violatorio del debido proceso.
- Segundo. Solicitar al Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar que continúe, de conformidad con sus facultades, interviniendo en los procesos relacionados con la paternidad de la menor.
- Tercero. Comuníquese esta decisión al Juzgado Once de Familia de Bogotá, para que sean notificadas las partes, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1995.
- Cuarto. En la publicación de esta sentencia, se suprimirá el nombre de la menor, para efectos de proteger su derecho a la intimidad.
