- primero. de la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial de Armenia el 24 de julio de 1995, en cuanto a su vez confirmó los numerales 1, 2, 4 y 5 del fallo dictado el 30 de junio por el Juzgado
- Tercero. Penal del Circuito de la misma ciudad.
- Segundo. REVOCASE el numeral
- segundo. de la sentencia de segunda instancia, por medio del cual se ordenó a la Fiscalía Séptima Especializada de Patrimonio la entrega del vehículo materia de la demanda.
- Tercero. REMITASE copia de esta providencia a la citada Fiscalía.
- Cuarto. DESE cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
