- Primero. CONFIRMAR el fallo dictado por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla, Sala Laboral, el once (11) de junio de 1996, que a su vez confirmo el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Sexto. Laboral del Circuito de Barranquilla, el treinta (30) de abril del mismo ano, que denego la tutela presentada por el ciudadano Jose Osorio Parejo, contra el Instituto de los Seguros Sociales, Seccional Atlantico, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Instituto de Seguros Sociales, Seccional Atlantico que disponga lo conducente para que el senor Jose Osorio Pareja sea examinado por especialistas psiquiatricos a fin de determinar su estado de salud, y adoptar el tratamiento adecuado, para su recuperacion.
- Tercero. LIBRENSE por secretaria, las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
