- en nombre del Pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. REVOCAR LA SENTENCIA relacionada con la acción de la referencia, proferida por el Juzgado
- Sexto. Laboral del Circuito de Barranquilla, el 28 de junio de 1993.
- Segundo. Ordenar al Juzgado
- Sexto. Laboral del Circuito de Barranquilla que inmediatamente reciba las diligencias que se le envían, y producidas las anotaciones respectivas en los libros del despacho, devuelva los documentos al peticionario para que si aquel lo considera de su voluntad corrija la solicitud y la presente conforme a lo dispuesto por la Constitución y la ley.
- Tercero. Comunicar la presente decisión al peticionario, cuya dirección aparece en el expediente.
