- Tercero. Civil del Circuito de Santa Marta, de fecha siete (7) de julio de mil novecientos noventa y cuatro (1994). Por consiguiente, no se concede la tutela solicitada por el señor WILLIAM VERGARA OÑATE.
- SEGUNDO. COMUNIQUESE la presente sentencia al Juzgado
- Primero. Civil Municipal de Santa Marta, para que sea notificada a las partes, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
