- Primero. Revócase la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Soplaviento, que denegó la tutela impetrada, el veintinueve (29) de junio de mil novecientos noventa y cuatro (1994); y en su lugar, Concédese la tutela presentada por José Joaquín Pérez Santana, Napoleón Torres Pulgar, Esperanza Caballero Arroyo, Basilisa Cueto Utria y Sofanor Beltran Almanza. En consecuencia, se ordena a la Alcaldía Municipal de Soplaviento, incluír a todos los actores relacionados en la presente tutela, en la nómina de pensionados del municipio, en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contado a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, si para la fecha de esta última no han sido incluídos en dicha nómina..
- Segundo. Líbrense por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el Artículo 36 del Decreto 2591, para los efectos allí contemplados.
