- PRIMERO. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por el Juzgado Municipal de Santana-Boyacá y Cívil del Circuito de Moniquirá-Boyacá, conforme a la parte motiva de esta Providencia. En su lugar, negar la solicitud de tutela interpuesta por Edgar Hernando Aranda, Martin Tamayo y Emma viuda de Angulo, en contra de las Electrificadoras de Santander y Boyacá.
- SEGUNDO. COMUNICAR el presente fallo a la Oficina de Planeación Municipal de Santana-Boyacá, en virtud de las consideraciones expresadas en esta Providencia.
- TERCERO. COMUNIQUESE la decisión al Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Santana-Boyacá, para que notifique a las partes, conforme lo dispone el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
