  2. PRIMERO. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por el Juzgado Civil del Circuito de Antioquia el 23 de mayo de 1995 y por el Tribunal Superior de Medellín, Sala Civil, del 23 de junio de 1995, y en su lugar DECLARAR IMPROCEDENTE la acción de tutela interpuesta por el peticionario, por los motivos expuestos en la presente providencia.
  3. SEGUNDO. ORDENAR a la señora Zoraida Alzate Isaza ABSTENERSE de cualquier actitud que tienda a desfavorecer la inviolabilidad del derecho a la vida de su cónyuge, señor Luis Guillermo Quintero y, de interferir en la labor de recuperación que su esposo merece.
