  4. Primero. Civil del Circuito de Manizales el 3 de junio de 1996 dentro del proceso de tutela instaurado por Ofelia Ochoa Gómez contra Clímaco Ochoa Gómez, y por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Ubaque el 4 de junio de 1996 dentro de la acción de tutela instaurada por Ana Lucía Torres de Torres contra José Gustavo Torres Torres, y en su lugar se declaran improcedentes las acciones promovidas, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
  5. Segundo. LIBRENSE por la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
