- R E S U E L V E:
- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR, por las razones expresadas, la sentencia del 16 de junio de 1995, proferida por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Orito.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR al Alcalde Municipal de Orito y a la Delegada de la Red de Solidaridad Social para el Putumayo, con el objeto de prevenir la amenaza de los derechos fundamentales a la igualdad y a la participacion del senor Roberto Zuniga Chapal, se sirvan tomar todas las medidas razonables destinadas a difundir la informacion pertinente sobre el procedimiento legal y reglamentario para acceder los recursos del Subsidio Familiar de Vivienda y, en particular, informar al actor acerca de: (1) la etapa en la cual se encuentra el proyecto presentado a la Mesa Municipal de Solidaridad el 3 de mayo de 1995 por la comunidad del Barrio La Union; (2) el contenido de las decisiones administrativas que hayan afectado el mencionado proyecto, lo mismo que los tramites que restan por surtirse.
- TERCERO. LIBRESE comunicacion al Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Orito, con miras a que se surta la notificacion de esta providencia, segun lo establecido en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
