- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca el diez (10) de junio de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia. Por consiguiente, no acceder a la tutela presentada por los señores MARIA SOLEDAD OLIVA BERMUDEZ, ROSALBA MARIN, JOSE ROA, MAX ACEVEDO CRUZ, LUZ MERY HURTADO Y BLANCA CALDERON contra el Ministerio de Minas y Energía y la Empresa Colombiana de Gas, S.A. - COLGAS. Pero, se advierte que los peticionarios tienen derecho a recibir el servicio de cocinol, mientras no se haga la sustitución por otro combustible, conforme al programa aludido en esta sentencia.
- SEGUNDO. COMUNICAR la presente decisión al Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, para que sea notificada a las partes, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
