- PRIMERO. REVOCAR el fallo del Juzgado Laboral del Circuito de Zipaquirá (Cundinamarca), de fecha veintiocho (28) de mayo de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), y NO CONCEDER la tutela solicitada por el señor GABRIEL ALFREDO MORENO ROMERO.
- SEGUNDO. COMUNICAR inmediatamente esta decisión al citado despacho judicial, para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
