- Cuarto. Laboral del Circuito de Cartagena, que denegaron la acción de tutela promovida por JOSE DEL CARMEN FAJARDO BURGOS, por las razones precedentes.
- Segundo. COMUNÍQUESE al Juzgado
- Cuarto. Laboral del Circuito de Cartagena, la presente decisión para que sea notificada a las partes conforme lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
