- PRIMERO. REVOCAR el fallo de tutela proferido por el Tribunal Superior de Pamplona Sala de Decisión Penal de fecha 14 de noviembre de 2000 en la que se negó la acción de tutela de la señora Carmen Helena Carrillo Valderrama y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela que ha dado origen al presente fallo y ORDENAR que en el término de cinco (5) dias se paguen las mesadas debidas a la peticionaria, si es que ello no se ha efectuado.
- SEGUNDO. LÍBRESE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
