- PRIMERO. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Riohacha, el dia 25 de abril de 1996, objeto de esta revision, con excepcion del numeral 2deg de dicha providencia, el cual confirma.
- SEGUNDO. DENEGAR la tutela solicitada por el senor Luis Rodriguez Acevedo.
- TERCERO. LIBRESE por Secretaria las comunicaciones a que se refiere el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
