- Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas dentro del expediente T-99.181, por el Juzgado Promiscuo del Circuito de Pácora y la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Manizales, y en su lugar CONCEDER la acción de tutela del derecho a la educación y al trabajo del señor Luis Fernando Penna Valencia, ordenando al Alcalde de Pácora, que mantenga el permiso de estudio inicialmente concedido por el tiempo necesario, para que el actor culmine su año lectivo, una vez transcurrido el curso, podrá disponer lo siguiente, de acuerdo con las necesidades del servicio.
- Segundo. COMUNICAR a través de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, el contenido de la sentencia al Juzgado Promiscuo del Circuito de Pácora y, al Alcalde demandado.
