- PRIMERO. REVOCASE el numeral
- primero. de la sentencia de primera instancia proferida por la Sala de Familia del Tribunal de Cartagena el 9 de junio de 1995 y en su lugar se tutela el derecho a la integridad personal de la solicitante y sus hijos y el derecho al amor que tienen derecho los menores Alexander, David, Richard y Cristian Vega Ballesteros y se le ordena a Amaury Vega que en lo sucesivo se abstenga de realizar todo acto que ponga en peligro la integridad física y la tranquilidad de la accionante y de sus hijos. Las autoridades de policía de la localidad ejercerán especial vigilancia sobre la conducta de Amaury Vega en relación con el presente asunto.
- SEGUNDO. Se confirma el numeral 2º, remisión de copia de este fallo al ICBF, con la advertencia hecha en la parte motiva.
- TERCERO. Comisionar al Juez de primera instancia para que notifique la sentencia a las partes y adopte las decisiones necesarias señaladas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
