- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia de marzo 25 de 1992 proferida por la Juez 19 de Instrucción Criminal de Popayán, mediante la cual negó la acción de tutela presentada por VICTOR GABRIEL ACOSTA y otros, en favor de GERARDO ALFONSO SOTELO.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que por Secretaría se comunique esta providencia, en los términos y para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
