Primero. CONFIRMAR en su integridad el fallo de segunda instancia proferido por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial -Sala Civil de Decisión- de Ibagué, el 24 de octubre de 2000.
Segundo. PREVENIR al ente demandado para que se apreste a cumplir, si todavía no lo ha hecho, el requerimiento hecho por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial -Sala Civil de Decisión- de Ibagué, el 24 de octubre de 2000, con el fin de que se garantice el pago oportuno de los salarios de la actora, y para que, en el futuro, no repita la omisión que dio origen a la instauración de la presente acción.
Tercero. Por Secretaría LIBRESE la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
