- Primero. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido el 29 de noviembre de 2002 por el Juzgado
- Tercero. Laboral del Circuito Manizales con base en las consideraciones aquí expuestas.
- Segundo. PREVENIR al Seguro Social, EPS, Seccional Manizales, para que esté atento en el futuro a brindar a la accionante los servicios de salud que ésta requiera en la medida en que así lo ordene su médico tratante y la interesada presente la solicitud de servicios en debida forma.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
