- en nombre del Pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. REVOCAR LA SENTENCIA relacionada con la acción de la referencia, proferida por el Juzgado Civil Municipal de Puerto Berrío, el tres (3) de Junio de 1993, y en consecuencia, no acceder a la petición formulada por el señor Gonzalo López Arroyave.
- Segundo. Comunicar la presente decisión al Juzgado Civil Municipal de Puerto Berrío para los efectos de la notificación a las partes, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
