- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala Civil y Agraria, por medio de la cual se confirmo la improcedencia de la tutela instaurada por Alberto Otalora Vargas contra el Concejo Municipal de San Antonio del Tequendama.
- Segundo. COMUNICAR la presente providencia al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Cundinamarca, para los efectos consagrados en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
