- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Noveno. Civil del Circuito de Bucaramanga, en relación con la demanda de Tutela instaurada por Miguel Pedraza Bautista contra EPS SOLSALUD, SERVIR IPS y el FOSYGA. Entendiéndose igualmente confirmada la sentencia de primer grado, en todas sus resoluciones, pero con exclusiva referencia a la EPS SOLSALUD.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la EPS SOLSALUD asumir el tratamiento y el costo de la prótesis de la pierna derecha del menor, para lo cual tendrá un plazo de tres (3) días contados a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
