- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Promiscuo del Circuito de Plato, Magdalena, y, en su lugar, conceder la tutela solicitada por Anibal Fidel Cañas Reyes.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Gerente de la Empresa "Asmusalud", con sede en la ciudad de Santa Marta, que, en el término de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta Sentencia, cancele al demandante todos los salarios adeudados y asegure el pago de los futuros.
- Tercero. El Juez
- Segundo. Promiscuo del Circuito de Plato, Magdalena, se encargará de enviar el expediente a la justicia ordinaria, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en esta Sentencia y para los fines de las pertinentes investigaciones.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaría, LÍBRESE la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
