- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Promiscuo de Familia de Caucasia, con la modificación de tutelar únicamente el derecho fundamental al debido proceso de la señora Omaira Eleduvina Villegas Martinez.
- SEGUNDO. SOLICITAR a la Procuraduría Provincial de Caucasia investigar la conducta del señor Omer Guerra González, Inspector
- Segundo. de Policía de Caucasia, con el fin de que se establezca, si es del caso, la responsabilidad que corresponda, por pretender favorecer presuntos intereses de sus hermanos, al decretar la restitución del bien ocupado por la peticionaria.
- Por la Secretaría líbrese el correspondiente oficio.
- TERCERO. Líbrese por intermedio de la Secretaría General de la Corte, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo treinta y seis (36) del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los fines allí consagrados.
