- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Contencioso Administrativo del Valle del Cauca, Sección Primera, el día cinco (5) de julio de mil novecientos noventa y cinco (1995), en el asunto de la referencia.
- SEGUNDO. CONCEDER la tutela solicitada y, en consecuencia, se ordena al Instituto de Seguros Sociales, resolver el recurso interpuesto por la petente, en su propio nombre y en representación de su hija María Helena Martínez Rico, en contra de la resolución No. 07925 de 1994, dentro del improrrogable término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificación de la presente sentencia.
- TERCERO. LIBRENSE, por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
