- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia del 17 de febrero de 1995 proferida por el Tribunal Superior de Medellín -Sala de Decisión Penal, en virtud de la cual resolvió tutelar el derecho al debido proceso y ordenó a la Juez Segunda Penal del Circuito de Itagüí dictar sentencia dentro del proceso penal adelantado contra los señores Libardo y Gustavo Villa Posso.
- SEGUNDO. DEJAR sin ningún efecto la actuación del Juzgado
- Segundo. Penal del Circuito de Itagüí surtida en cumplimiento del fallo de tutela proferido por el Tribunal Superior de Medellín -Sala de Decisión Penal.
- TERCERO. Para los fines del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, por Secretaría General háganse las comunicaciones a que haya lugar.
