- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del 15 de noviembre de 2001 de la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura y en su lugar CONFIRMAR, por las razones expuestas, la sentencia de la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura de Cundinamarca, que denego las pretensiones de la demanda. En consecuencia, se deja sin efectos las decisiones adoptadas por la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura, salvo la decision de dejar en firme el auto del 27 de septiembre de 2001, por el cual se inicio investigacion disciplinaria contra la demandante.
- Segundo. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
