- Primero. REVOCAR, las sentencias del trece (13) y veinte (20) de marzo de mil novecientos noventa y seis (1996), mediante las cuales se denegaron las tutelas impetradas por las señoras Aura Stella Realpe Forero y María Elvira Verdooren de Borja.
- Segunda: CONCEDER la tutela del derecho fundamental de petición. En consecuencia, se ordena a la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social que, si todavía no lo ha hecho, proceda a resolver las solicitudes de pensión de jubilación presentadas por las señoras Aura Stella Realpe Forero y María Elvira Verdooren de Borja, y a notificarles los actos administrativos correspondientes, dentro del improrrogable término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contado a partir de la notificación de la presente sentencia. Resolución que dictará de conformidad con la ley y los hechos plenamente probados.
- Tercero. COMUNICAR esta providencia al Juzgado
- Sexto. Laboral del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá, para que sean notificadas las partes de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
