- en nombre del Pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. REVOCAR LA SENTENCIA relacionada con la acción de la referencia, proferida por el Tribunal Superior de Santafé de Bogotá, Sala de Decisión Civil , el 18 de marzo de 1993.
- Segundo. CONFIRMAR LA SENTENCIA, proferida por el Juzgado Veintidós Civil del Cicuito el 24 de febrero de 1993, por la cual se deniega la solicitud de tutela presentada por Manuel Ignacio Martínez Pineda.
- En consecuencia, pueden revocarse las órdenes dadas en desarrollo y acatamiento del numeral
- tercero. de la mencionada providencia del Tribunal Superior de Santafé de Bogotá.
- Tercero. Comunicar la presente decisión al Fondo de Solidaridad y Emergencia de la Presidencia de la República.
- Cuarto. Comunicar la presente decisión Juzgado Veintidós Civil del Circuito de Santafé Bogotá para los efectos de la notificación a las partes, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
