- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR el fallo del Consejo de Estado - Sala Plena de lo Contencioso Administrativo -, de fecha veintinueve (29) de enero de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), que, a su vez, confirmo la sentencia de la seccion segunda, subseccion "C", del Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, del treinta (30) de noviembre de mil novecientos noventa y dos (1992), providencia que denego la tutela propuesta por el senor JOSE ALFREDO MARTINEZ CADENA.
- SEGUNDO. COMUNICAR inmediatamente el contenido de esta decision al mencionado Tribunal, para los efectos del articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
