Primero. REVOCAR los fallos proferidos por el Juzgado Civil del Circuito de Acacías al resolver sobre las demandas a que se refieren los expedientes T-265423 y T-265424, mediante los cuales se denegaron las demandas de tutela presentadas por los accionantes, y, en su lugar, amparar los derechos fundamentales invocados.
Segundo. ORDENAR al Presidente de la Corporación "Codesola" que, si todavía no lo ha hecho, en el término de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de la presente providencia, proceda a cancelar todos los salarios que se adeudan a los accionantes, y se ponga al día en el pago de aportes para seguridad social.
Se le previene igualmente para que adelante las gestiones necesarias y adopte los mecanismos legales pertinentes para no incurrir en estas omisiones en el futuro, y garantice el pago oportuno del salario a sus trabajadores.
Tercero. Por Secretaría, LÍBRESE la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
