- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR el fallo de la Honorable Corte Suprema de Justicia proferido el treinta (30) de marzo de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), el cual denegó la tutela solicitada por la señora Amanda Lalinde de Castro.
- SEGUNDO. LIBRAR comunicación al Tribunal Superior de Santafé de Bogotá, para que de conformidad con lo dispuesto por el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, notifique esta sentencia a las partes.
