- primero. de la parte resolutiva de la Sentencia de la Sala Laboral del H. Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santa Rosa de Viterbo, fechada el 29 de abril del presente ano, cuyo Magistrado Ponente fue el Dr. Guillermo L. Fajardo Alvarez, por las razones de improcedencia de la accion expuestas en la parte motiva.
- SEGUNDO. Confirmar en todas sus otras partes, la Sentencia identificada en el numeral anterior, por las razones antes expuestas.
- TERCERO. Hagase por la Secretaria General de la Corte, la comunicacion a la que se refiere el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
